We begin with a body scan, where I intuitively tune into your energy to identify areas of stagnation, imbalance, or energetic density, as well as which chakras may need additional support. From there, I create a personalized healing experience based on what your energy is communicating in the moment.

I may incorporate crystals placed on specific points of the body to support energetic balance and healing, along with tuning forks to help restore the flow of chi and bring the energy field back into greater harmony. Singing bowls may also be used to create soothing vibrations that encourage deep relaxation and help shift stagnant energy.

I incorporate healing codes to amplify specific healing intentions throughout the session. I also work with sacred geometry to support the energetic field, including helping to strengthen or "patch" areas of the aura that feel depleted or disrupted. When appropriate, sacred geometry may also be used during the process of dissolving energetic cords and releasing connections that no longer serve you.

Sessions may also include the clearing of energetic attachments or cords, creating space for emotional release, greater freedom, and a stronger sense of self. If messages from your spirit guides come through during the session, I may share them as additional insight and guidance for your healing journey.

How to Ground Your Energy: Simple Ways to Reconnect and Rebalance

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel scattered, overstimulated, or “up in the clouds.” Whether you’re sensitive to energy, navigating emotional ups and downs, or simply feeling off-center, grounding is one of the most powerful ways to return to your natural state of balance.

Grounding connects your body and spirit back to the Earth, helping you feel calm, centered, and present in the here and now. Here are some of my favorite ways to ground your energy and bring yourself back into harmony.

1. Smudging and Energy Clearing

A simple yet powerful way to cleanse your home is through smudging. I like to combine intention with movement for maximum effect.

Steps:

1. Open all the windows to let the energy flow freely.

2. Begin in the furthest left side of your house and move clockwise.

3. As you move, say this prayer:
   “Into this smoke I release all energies that do not serve me, all negativity that surrounds me, and all fears that limit me, and so it is.”

4. For a deeper cleansing, I start with lavender, then follow up with palo santo.

Tip: If you have crystals above your doorways, take them down during the cleansing to allow stagnant energy to leave, then replace them once the ritual is complete.

2. Candle Protection

Candles are a beautiful way to set protective intentions in your home. I often use a white candle in combination with calling in Archangel Michael.

Steps:

1. Light a white candle in your space.

2. Ask Archangel Michael to protect your home to the north, east, south, and west.

3. Keep the candle lit for a few hours, then blow it out and express gratitude for the protection.

3. Maintaining High-Vibration Energy

Even after a full cleanse, it’s helpful to maintain a high-vibration environment. Some of my favorite methods include:

• Saging, using room sprays, or smudging with palo santo a few times a week.

• Placing selenite in all four corners of your home or on each windowsill.

Selenite is a high-vibrational stone that doesn’t need charging or cleansing. Holding each stone, I connect my energy to it, asking it to protect and cleanse the space. I visualize a pure white light activating the stone, shielding the area from negative energy. Fun fact: Selenite is named after the Goddess Selene.

4. Selenite & Tourmaline Above Doors

For an added layer of protection, I place Selenite and Tourmaline above my main doorframes.

Ritual:

• Ask the stones to protect the space in which they are placed.

• Visualize a pure white light forming a protective shield.

• Selenite blocks negative energies, while Tourmaline filters out energies we may bring in from the outside.

This combination creates a powerful energy filter at your home’s entrance.

5. Creating a Protection Rune

This ritual connects to my Scandinavian heritage and allows for a personalized touch in protecting your home.

What you need:

• Paper or a rock

• Silver pen

• Blue pen

Steps:

1. Choose a protection rune that resonates with your intention.

2. Draw it, trace it with your finger, and visualize golden-white light activating it.

3. Say your intention out loud:
   “May this rune protect my space, and so it is. Amen.”

4. Place the rune on a rock by your door, bury it at the start of your property, or draw it on paper over a map of your space.

5. Keep the drawing in a safe place for 28 days, then burn it and return the ashes to the earth.

This ritual is a deeply personal way to create a shield of protection around your home.

Final Thoughts: Cleansing and protecting your space doesn’t have to be complicated—it’s about intention, movement, and consistent care. Combining these rituals allows your home to remain a sanctuary, filled with light, love, and positive energy.
