This is a space where you can arrive exactly as you are — no pressure, no expectations, no need to perform. Just space to breathe, receive, reflect, and be supported.

Over four days and three nights, you’ll be held in community, guided through deep healing experiences, and supported in unlearning old habits and patterns so you can move forward with clarity, softness, and trust.
