If you're sensitive to energy, whether you identify as an empath, intuitive, healer, or simply someone who feels everything, you’ve probably noticed how easily your mood can shift around certain people or environments. Crowded spaces, tense conversations, or even scrolling social media can leave you feeling drained, overwhelmed, or out of alignment.

That’s because your energy field is always interacting with the world around you. The good news? You can take simple, intentional steps to protect your energy so that you stay grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.

Here are three of my favorite tools for energetic protection: a hands-on protection bubble, protective crystals, and yes—wearing a hat.
