You are invited to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a sacred space created just for women — a space to rest, release, remember, and heal.

Nestled in the nourishing energy of Lava Hot Springs, this retreat is a loving container for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and gently let go of what no longer serves them.

Over four days and three nights, you’ll be held in community, guided through deep healing experiences, and supported in unlearning old habits and patterns so you can move forward with clarity, softness, and trust.

• A deeply restorative sound bath & guided meditation

• A hands-on crafting experience, including:
